Woodsmill Quay Riverside Apt - Heart of York

Great location and reserved parking onsite a massive bonus.

Exceptional location in reach of everywhere central York. Apartment was a lovely space to be in and well equipped. Bright and airy with great views over the river and quay side. Parking space is a huge help and the area isn’t to noisy into the late evening. Great apartment.

We had to clean the cutlery and kitchen knives as they were put back quite dirty by previous occupier. The lift did not work. This is not the fault of the apartment owners of course but could be an issue for some.

Fab location

Wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. We found an odd sock under the bed which the cleaner obviously missed. The shower in the en suite could have done with a good clean. The mirror light in the en suite kept going on and off on its own - quite annoying during the night.

Great location central for everything

Our apartment was perfect! Bright, modern and airy. Prefect location, everything you needed was made available for a self-catering breakaway.

We was only let down by the parking, due to maintenance work being carried out we had to park away from the apartment, costing us £26 per day. On the plus side the owner of the property was quick in responding to our contact and apologised and agreed to cover this cost. They wasn't aware that the work had ran over.

It was a perfect location.

The location and parking were very convenient , beds were comfortable

Washing machine did not work, tv too small, seating arrangement in living room was awkward , heating was on low and could not turn it off
