Beautiful decoration.. it was like staying in a Stately home 😀

The number of Reed diffusers were a bit overpowering with their fragrance in some areas. eg the bedroom.

We loved everything about Gileston Manor Luxury B&B. You can see how well cared for the place is. It is beautiful and luxurious, with large individual rooms, wonderful garden - its huge and looks magical at night with all the lights in the garden. There are Llamas around, black swans in the garden and it's like paradise! The owner is lovely and all the staff as well. They are so friendly and helpful. It is such good value for money and you can see everyone cares about the guests to make sure you have a fantastic stay. Fantastic breakfast also. Highly recommended - you will love it!

Beautiful rooms (literally the most gorgeous parlor I've ever had breakfast in). Friendly staff, rural location with a territorial black swan, alpacas and roaming chickens. Lovely bathroom, with an amazingly powerful rainfall shower. The grounds are fantastic, straight and level paths that weave through decorative gardens and lawns, a Japanese inspired retreat and plenty of benches to sit at and ponder life.

Finding the manor from the car-park was not easy, the main sign said where to park, then an arrow pointed to 'accommodation' but not to the main house. I had to figure it out by looking through the trees for the manor's roof. Luckily I arrived at dusk, I'd have been totally lost after dark. Staff also forgot about our spa booking so our visit was delayed as the hot-tub and sauna needed time to get hot. The 'Honesty Bar' not explained to me until my 2nd day (I would have likely used it more) and I was not allocated a table on my 2nd day for breakfast.

Beautiful room, very clean gorgeous views. Comfy bed.

I did request extra tea and milk but this didn't happen so only enough tea for 2 cups. I did also request an iron ..this didn't happen either.

Superb room and excellent gardens.
