Casa Xanadu Seville - Boutique rooms with terraces

A wonderful kitchen with everything and good cookeries, plenty of spices, nice dishes and exemplary recycling method. The hotel has beautiful furnishings and tasteful decor.

No lock in the bathroom, no towel to dry hands in the bathroom. I was not aware that there is no elevator.

Value for money couldn't be beaten, room came with a lovely terrace with seating so that you can soak in the surroundings - the location itself is absolutely perfect, especially if you're planning to stay in Sevilla to watch their football team play. Room was clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should.

It was awesome, we never visited such a beautiful accomodation before. All the building and furniture was incredible! And I cant forget to mention amazing attitude from the host Adriana. Thank you again for this unforgetable stay at your place.

Lovely period house, beautiful artistic design in public areas - Seville style. My room also had an artistic vibe. It had a terrace, with street view of local apartments; pleasant. No water in the room; bathroom shared with one other room. It’s about a minute’s walk to the metro, & 25 minutes walk to the old city. It’s in a quiet residential suburb, with all facilities: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants… 5 mins walk from Sevilla FC stadium; handy if you’re attending a night event, which I was. No staff on site, but they’re quick to respond to emails, & friendly. They’ll send access details before you arrive. There are 6 rooms I think, & 2 have terraces.

Bed was ok, but not as comfortable as most.
