Can work more on resturant service. Food is good but service needs to be improved. Kids room can be imporved. Game room Snooker table was charaged per Frame this can be made free. Room hygeine can be made upto date. A little bit of maintenece will improve the look.

"Pleasant"

1. Food was excellent. 2. Swimming pool was nice. 3. Staff was well trained and courteous.

1. Water-logging in washroom. 2. No view from balcony. 3. Wifi was pathetic. 4. No one to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. 5. Bathtub was not plugging. 6. Washbasin was cracked. 7. No help was provided for ironing clothes despite requesting.

"Disappointing"

The kettle had moss and was stinking. The bedsheets had hair and dirt in them. The bathroom was also stinking and dirty. Dust and hair in the drain. The bathtub was sticky and we almost fell while taking a shower. The fridge downstairs was not working. After putting the water in it for the whole night it was still not cold.

First room allocated was dirty infested with mosquitoes. The electric sockets did not work. Lights and telephones in the room were not working too. Pretty depressing stay and not worth the charges.

"I would suggest you guys to visti “7 APPLE IN LONAVALA”"

The property in pictures was so beautiful. It was just pictures perfect, when i say it I mean it. Being honest there was nothing which I could appreciate about this property.

There was nothing as shown in the pictures. 1. There was no proper hygiene the bathtub was broken, 2. The washroom was stinky 3. the water which was running through the taps trust me it was close to brown. 4. There was no proper Wifi connectivity 5. The staff was not at all helpful there was no proper coordination between different departments. I would suggest you guys to visti “7 APPLE IN LONAVALA”
