The Restaurant people. very friendly. There was some miscommunication with regard to my pets food. Mr.Vijay took personal care to ensure that the food reached us quickly and my pet was fed. Good staff.

Nice clean resort with lot of facilities and activities. Also, room manager, Mr. Nitesh Yadav was very helpful and personally made sure that our stay was comfortable. Thanks Nitesh and Discover Resorts for lovely one night stay trip.

Everything was good

This is a big resort between neral and karjat where usually people go on weekends or just a day trip. There is a large swimming pool which is kind of the main attraction and where you will find the most crowd throughout the day. On Saturdays they have a load of activities from zumba classes to a magic show to a dj nite which goes on till midnight. The resort rooms are very big and have a big balcony and a bathtub in the bathroom. The in house restaurant is also huge and can easily serve around 200 to 300 people. They have an a la carte menu but it's recommended to take their buffet as it has a lavish spread. They even have a decent big section for all the meals for Jain (no onion no garlic no potato) meals. It is perfect for a destination wedding and otherwise great place to hangout on a Saturday to Sunday.

The bathroom somehow had a strange odour which kept coming and going. The hot water was also not that constant and they did not keep dental kit inside the room. The towels were not that great but passable for people staying only for a night. They have 100+ rooms but not enough space for 100 cars. So on a day if they have 100 cars, they are going to have a major logistical issue. Also, please do not follow the maps while going back to Mumbai. The roads are super horror and they take you through some weird roads where the cars can't even go. You actually have to end up coming back to the resort and restart. The way to come is not a problem but somehow the way back home, Google takes you though some horrible roads.The trick is to go back the exact same way you came and not follow the maps. The roads mostly around the resort are horrible and the resort groups must take it with the authorities. Most mobile networks don't work there well and even the hotel wifi is never working except the reception area. The in house restaurant does not accept cash but then it does not accept credit cards. They only accept UPI payments. Even for that one has to try multiple times before getting accepted. The staff were very polite but this is a turn off. They need to give good wifi. Also highly recommended to start breakfast and dinner early during weekends as it will get very crowded.

Very close to Neral station, which is good for people coming via train. Property is quite big, and has good facilities like swimming pool, indoor sports etc.

Food prices are a bit on the higher side. Steam bath wasn't available but that's ok.
