Hotel O The Premium Villla

Nothing to like in this property

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Premium Villa. The villa manager, Mr. Rakesh, exhibited extremely poor manners and behavior that one would expect from a roadside hawker rather than a professional manager. The management is quite reluctant to accept online bookings and demands additional charges from guests. The property itself is lacking in necessary government permissions, and it seems they are running a risky operation. I think this property is especially for unmarried couples who are treated unfairly. The service quality is abysmal: the bedding was dirty, the air conditioning and television was non-functional, and the rooms were infested with insects. Overall, my stay at Premium Villa was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything was pathetic including behavior of staff he was asking questions as if we were criminals

Didn't like anything about the hotel they cost us 1300 and no facilities were given .

No facilities , no towel, no service provided and as they cost 1300 for a room there were no AC rooms available . The room was full of mosquitoes at night. It was too humid and hot .. Would not prefer booking with you .

My stay at the hotel was worth the money. I was fully satisfied. The rates were also affordable.

The hotel staff was nice. They greatly aided us. We placed an order for something at midnight. They also assisted us back then.
