Hotel O The Premium Villla

The room itself was very clean and had all basic amenities and the beds were very comfortable (provided if you like semi hard matrasses). The breakfast was mostly Indian but very flavourful! Location was near the main road in and easy to access.

Upon arrival, I approached the reception desk to check in, but I was met with rudeness and a lack of care from the receptionist. Not only did the receptionist display a dismissive attitude, but I also overheard a fellow guest complaining about their stay. It was disheartening to witness such a negative experience, As a result of this encounter, I made the decision not to proceed with my check-in and instead sought accommodations elsewhere.

It was the worst hotel, only stayed 3 nights. Very old, dodgy and dirty place.

The room was in a poor state, bed had a hole in the middle of the mattress, no door latch, no wifi. Dodgy staff didn’t return the change, very rude. Everything about this place is very very bad. Had to relocated to another after after 3 days. Did not get our money back.

I booked 1 room for two days for 1300 Rs.but I ended up paying the hotel manager ₹2,500 for two days. Thanks booking.com and OYO for this pathetic service.

We were cheated by hotel as he asked 1500/- rs. although we had shown him your booking ID but there was a board written by property owner that if you have online booking from any platform and price is less than 1500/- it won't be acceptable to us. However as a new to Delhi we had to pay him 1500/- however please note that we had already paid partial amount of Rs. 461/- to you while booking. This is completely fraud by you and I will report it to concerned authorities if my refund of partial amount is not refunded within 2 days from now. This is without prejudiced to my rights under the law.
