Everyone we met was very friendly

No couch in the sitting room. No building address on the street, so it was hard to find the entrance. Maybe post a photo of the entrance door?

This location is perfect for our needs, providing excellent facilities that meet our expectations. We particularly appreciated the inviting common areas, which offered a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. It was wonderful to have cozy spots where we could settle down with a good book and unwind, greatly enhancing our experience. The friendly staff were always willing to assist, which is hard to find in today's hospitality industry unless you visit an upscale hotel.

We appreciate the opportunity to share our feedback regarding our stay. While the bed in our apartment was uncomfortable and lacked support, we did our best to enjoy our time there. We also experienced noticeable noise from the tea room below our balcony on one occasion, which affected our ability to rest. Additionally, the living room needed more lighting, as it was quite dark; adding extra lights could help improve the ambiance. We hope this information is helpful for future improvements.

Check out time at 10am was earlier than I would have preferred.

Location is great.

Room was way smaller than showed on pictures. Room had water damage on the wall/ceiling. No hot water in the bathroom, warm water is only what we had to shower. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days.

The location is very convenient, opposite a big supermarket, on the main bus route, and some good restaurants nearby. The staff was very responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. The place is clean.

It would be nice to have some chairs so that we do not need to sit on the bed all the time. It is a bit nosy due to traffic. If you are a slight sleeper, you may want to bring your earplug. Other than that, everything is fine.

The location was decent and close to the cruise port and airport (short drive). Although we were denied early check-in, we were allowed to at least store our huge luggage in the office prior to checking in.

During my stay, guests were very loud, and the onsite laundry (dryer-door) was broken. I planned on utilizing the on site laundry during my stay, but was unable to. I was disappointed that although I proactively requested an early check-in, due to awareness of an early arrival in San Juan, I was unable to check in until 4pm. We had to pretty much walk around San Juan and find refuge due to on and off rain for almost 8 hours. I requested early check-in during my booking with an 8-day notice. I ended up sitting in the entrance area waiting until 4pm, for over an hour, still being told the room was not ready. No service was done to the room within the timeframe I was sitting in direct site of the room.

location was great! a lot is walking distance, even our excursions picked us up very near by. bed was comfortable and place was spacious. def will consider going back!

its a busy street so expect it to be loud. we also could not find the remote for tv. reach out and never got an answer. Lighting not great.

The property is beautiful, every single detail is cared for and at a great location. Walking distance to the beach and other great areas of the city. Great experience for a fair price.
