This is a fantastic spacious space in a great location. I was very impressed overall. Highly recommend.

Very nice place, clean and central. The host was nice and gave us all information we needed. Very simple checkin and checkout process.

Immaculate. Comfortable couch, bed, and chair. Modern kitchenette and bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood even though an active restaurant area is literally a 3-minute walk away. Excellent internet. Well-served by buses. Completely felt like home. Everything was perfect. Shower, washer, lighting, neighborhood, and view - with a private terrace - all good. It was the nicest and most comfortable place I ever stayed in Bologna. Temperature setting was perfect. The host, Davide, was very responsive via whatspp. Self check-in was super easy and instructions were clear. Easy to walk to the heart of historical center. Honestly, this is a great apartment. Lift was super good if you are traveling with a big suitcase. Natural light. Big window. This host has thought of everything. Excellent security. Nice furnishings.

I can not think of anything. This is a well-managed property.

It was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! There was a great problem to find apartments in my dates of arriving, but fortunately at last moment I found Calari rooms with its best host - Davide. The price/quality ratio is great: - you have an opportunity for early check-in - the location is super, only 10-12 minutes walking to Piazza Maggiore (the old historical centre of the city) - modern, clean, light, big, beautiful apartments with all necessary things. There is a good kitchen (sweet compliments, tea, coffee are provided), comfortable bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer and so on, big and cosy bed, sofa. And the wonderful bonus is patio, where you can gather in the evening and discuss everything sipping the cocktail. - you don't need keys, because everything is electronic, - there is a supermarket near the apartments - quiet area near the apartments with paid parking And I want to express my admiration about Davide. He is wonderful host and great man, very kind, sincere, sociable, ready to help, with good sense of humour, charismatic. Even before my arrival he explained everything in detail, answered all my hundreds of questions. We had problems with a car and great thanks to Davide that he helped us to solve it. He found time and opportunity although he didn't have to do it, it's priceless. He always keeps in touch for any requested information. Thanks to Davide, I have only pleasant impressions after my trip to Bologna. I really advice to everybody these apartments if you go to Bologna!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host gave detailed check-in instructions and the best part was we were able to check in early. The apartment is clean, cosy and warm. There were nice treats waiting for us. The beds are very comfortable. Clean bathroom. Good location, there was a supermarket close to the house

Code access to the room. Felt very secure. Area seemed safe. The walk to city center was a little long but city center is crowded and we were glad to be away from that. Washing machine was a nice touch.

We spent a lot of time around city center so I’d say the only thing we didn’t like was the walk to get there. We got used to the bus service.
