Great location walking distance to the heart of town.

Excellent & warm host. We booked the place at very short notice, after we got hit by the train strike and needed a place to stay in Bologna. We got the keys to the place within 30 min of booking. It was a studio (but tight for 4 adults) and since we stayed for 1 night only, it worked fine for us. There's a small terrace attached too. Bus stop is nearby and the place is in a nice locality, few stops from the train station. The apartment has a lift.

Very nice place, 15 min walking to city center. We parked on the street infront and payed around 15 euros for 1 day. It is quiet and clean. Nice decorations. It is a self check in with a code, without keys which is great.

Roomy studio apartment that was fully kitted out with all the amenities for a short or long stay. The interiors were beautiful and clean and the location was excellent. Davide was also attentive host. We would having stay here again if we came to Bologna

First things first - host Davide is very charismatic, kind and talkative, it was very nice meeting him, he explained us everything and sent us all the important information. Apartment is very clean, everything is new and comfortable, especially the bed. Bathroom is very spacious. Davide even left some cookies and coffee for us to use. We were in Bologna just for one night for transit, but this host, apartment and little of what we saw of town during our 2-3 hours there made us want to come back for more!
