"Disappointing"

Could Tom (the manager) please contact me to pay the refund which was due several weeks ago? Communication has not been forthcoming and overall a very disappointing experience.

"Superb"

A lovely stay with all we required. Beautiful location. The welcome pack with ideas for walks and local places of interest was particularly useful. We would love to visit again in the summer when we could bring a few family members and make the most of the garden facilities.

Very spacious and close to everything.

It was cold - temp was set low. Some throws / blankets in the living room would be beneficial in the colder months.

Lovely quirky cottage in really central location. Loved the old features throughout the house. Comfy sofa and cosy surroundings.

The location of the house was super - easy to walk into town and get down to the coastal walks. It's a large house perfect for large groups / families. We found kitchen was well equipped. We loved the area, the house was just ok.

Unfortunately we had some issues whilst at the house. The keylock needs replacing / fixing as it is very stiff and meant it took us a while to get in initially. The dishwasher was not usable on our stay, but I'm sure it'll be fixed before another stay. The shower door on the en-suite was broken, couldn't use it - again something that I'm sure will be fixed. Although things were addressed / tried to be fixed we generally felt - as others have commented - that somethings are a little tired / old.

Good time spent with family. Kids enjoyed play room in the garden. House is big, nice and clean, we have everything in there. Location is very good as well. Nothing to complain. Great holiday. Thank you.
