Need to turn on the hot water boiler in order to have hot water. Need to wait around 30mins for it.

GBThe balcony was great and overall the property is a good size for 2 people.
The location overlooks several bars and was very noisy at night made worse for us because it was warm and we had balcony door open.The entrance to the flat is dark and the downstairs door is not always locked by others in the building. The door to the flat isn’t very strong even though it does have 2 locks on it.

no light when we came in the gate so had difficulty finding door and key safe as it was night time, ground floor entrance to building was scruffy and not vacuumed
