The house was clean and spacious and close to everything we needed while there.

I liked everything

The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for us to all sleep without being on top of the others. The house is just as it appears in the photos. We could cook breakfast in the kitchen and had enough dishes for us all to eat a meal. We used the house to come visit family who could not host us all in their house. This provided another space to gather and spread out. The street is quiet, the street behind has some traffic but not an issue. The neighbors generally kept the dog barking to a minimum. We all appreciated that the house was not overly filled with decorations and things that we had to work around. A code for the door made it easier for us to not have to keep up with who had the key. Shopping was close enough that we could run to the store for more toilet paper or some soda easily. We used the washer and dryer to do a load of laundry and they worked well. This dishwasher had tablets provided.

Disliked · We wished there had been curtains over the miniblinds since the light came into the windows pretty early and made the room light. This second issue is seasonal, as the neighbors had their house decorated with Christmas lights that shone in at night. Curtains would have fixed both issues. They requested we put trash out to the curb or pick up but we didn't know which day pick up was scheduled for. We received an email with a code for the door. Unfortunately, the code did not work when we arrived. I am guessing we were a bit more prompt than they had expected for a 3 pm check-in as we arrived at 3:04 pm and the lock code was not ready. A quick text fixed it and all was good.

Loved the property and the neighborhood it was in. The house was well equipped and very spacious. I will seek out this place to stay when I visit the area again.

The location is nice. Near shopping and may places to eat. Close to Raleigh yet not in the city. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Getting in was a chore. We did not have the code in advance for the door. The listing shows accommodations for nine. There are nine beds however I would say if we had nice there is only one corner sofa in the living area and sitting nine for meals would be difficult at the same time. There is one television in the living area and there are no others in the house

The house was spotless and had everything we needed.

The location was nice. Close enough to stores, gas and my daughter's school. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Strong paint smell in the home. We were unable to use one of the beds due to a broken bedframe. The bathroom door lock does not catch in the door frame.
