La posizione e l’accoglienza

Siamo arrivati e ad accoglierci c’era una ragazza dolcissima e disponibilissima, Elvira. Una volta entrati ci siamo resi conto della marea di moscerini presenti in struttura, tra vivi e morti. Fatto presente al proprietario, voleva inviarci qualcuno a spruzzare dell’insetticida, che ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato visto che dovevamo trascorrerci la notte e abbiamo dei bimbi ed io sono in attesa. C’era una puzza tra chiuso e muffa tremenda. C’è scritto “seminterrato” ma fondamentalmente è un interrato perché non c’è nemmeno una mezza finestra. Tanto dall’umidità le lenzuola erano bagnate! Abbiamo anche contattato Booking che però non ha risolto nulla.

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione Praticamente al centro,nel viale del beb c'è una braceria e fuori al vialetto ci sono i portici con bar tabacchi posta ecc le due ragazze con cui ho avuto contatto molto gentili sono rimasto abbastanza soddisfatto.Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento veramente molto carino e curato nonostante è stato ricavato da un sottoscala poi un altro punto a suo favore la circumvesuviana a circa 200 metri quindi utile per arrivare a Sorrento metà ecc con poche fermate

Le cose che non mi sono piaciute sono l'ansia del trovare un posto! molto difficile e ricordare di fare continuamente i grattini.Una cosa mai vista in vita mia vigli presenti H24 e gli ausiliari altrettanto

La decoración, la buena atención del personal, el internet, buenos espacios amplios, buenos artefactos. Destacamos la amabilidad de Luigi y anfitrión, siempre dispuesto a colaborar.

Que no tiene ventanas.

The location was great. Vico equense is not a big place but the apartment was at the heart of the town. 5 minute walk to the train, food options close by and beach locations.

Upon entering the property I encountered a hefty smell of mildew/mold. The apartment was tastefully done and modern however there was obvious signs of mold coming through the walls and it became difficult to breath with how much moisture was stagnant. I began to develop congestion and felt like I was getting sick which is not ideal on vacation. I did find a dehumidifier in the property and began using that around the clock. The dehumidifier tank would fill up within a couple hours and the strong smell never went away. Papers and maps that I had with me would almost become damp from how much moisture was in the unit and all my luggage reeked of mildew smell. Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to this. Location and decor were nice but I wouldn’t risk my vacation time again in accommodations that began to make me feel sick.
