Central location. Good views.Air conditioning in hallway which kept the rooms cool. Clean.

Very difficult to use the electronic locks and the instructions were incorrect and insufficient. Once you knew how to use the locking system it was fine.

It's a nice property, but it's very hard to communicate with the managers. The apartment itself was comfortable, beautiful and a nice balcony, adequate appliances and comfortable beds.

An overwhelming amount of information was sent from the very beginning and in the end it was ineffective and complicated. The pay portal didn't work. We were denied entry until payment was made. When payment was made, they ask again for us to pay. The codes required to enter the building and apartment were complicated. There's got to be an easier way.

The rooms were beautiful and the view and location were great. THe place was very clean and comfortable. We could have stayed a week.

The electronic key system was challenging to use. It took several tries to get it right, each time we tried to enter. The process could only be done with one phone, so my family member could not enter without me.

El apartamento está bastante bien, hay q tener cuidado pq para acceder hay ascensor, pero no llega al apartamento al q hay q acceder subiendo unas escaleras haciendo un poco difícil el acceso.

Lo peor q tienes q depender todo el rato del móvil para acceder al apartamento, no hay llaves físicas , pero bueno
