Great communication and ease of checking in. Very comfortable and all the extra touches definitely made it a lovely home from home. Perfect for our one night stay.

"Very convenient for walking to the town centre and the Regent Theatre, so ideal for our stay."

The apartment was bigger than expected and having access to Netflix, which we do not have was excellent. Also the provisions left by the owner were very gratefully received by us. The safe free parking was also brilliant.

The area in which the apartment was located was a little run down, which we hadn't expected.

"Home from home!"

We liked everything about it, we even had bread, butter and some tins soup, pasta and sauces in the cupboard. We also had toiletries in the bedrooms.

There was nothing to dislike.

"I’m hoping there’s a one bed apartment making the stay affordable for one couple."

Clean, tidy, welcome goodies. Chap who met and welcomed us was very helpful.

Minor things hardly worth mentioning: No plug socket near a mirror in master bedroom. No instructions for coffee maker. No biscuits! Sofa a little uncomfortable for us oldies!

Beautifully decorated, helpful host and lots of extra touches which made our stay really happy and comfortable. We'd have stayed longer if we could have!

"Exceptional"

They literally thought of everything. The bottle of prosecco, fresh baked loaf of bread, butter, milk and the coffee machine with pods, were such an added bonus. It was homely, warm and really tastefully furnished. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again. It was so close to the bars and restaurants on the marina, so the location was perfect, and parking arrangements were great.

There was nothing to dislike.

Perfect location and a really lovely apartment with nice touches from the owner - fresh bread, milk, butter and tea and coffee. Extra toiletries if you needed them, absolutely everything was thought of - a home from home away from home - fab, would definitely use again if coming back to Ipswich.

thoughtfulness of the host food items in room neighborhood quiet walking distance to all amenities I was there for graduation and I was able to walk to the location In 6 minutes it was perfect foe my trip lots of privacy for my husband and I
