"A really lovely first trip to Ipswich"

The property was lovely, very spacious and well equipped. It was near to the centre and all amenities, including bars and restaurants. There were pleasant walks along the river.

"Three friends away on a special trip - absolutely perfect!"

Very tasteful decor, spotlessly clean, lovely atmosphere and feel to the apartment. Really nice extra touches such as fresh bread for toast, cereal, items for a quick dinner if required. Tea/coffee facilities. Very nice bottle of Prosecco, none of these extras expected so a pleasant surprise- made us feel valued.

"Superb"

Very well presented apartment with everything needed for stay provided in apartment really clean and well set up.

Finding the location proved difficult as on a one way system and took a few trips around this one way to locate entrance.

"Great night away for my sister and I and we would come back again."

Convenient location, nicely decorated and very nice touches with the Prosecco, bread, butter and milk. The hosts were lovely too.

When we got up in the morning we had no hot water for a shower. I looked at boiler checked everything and even used google. There wasn’t much point in calling the host as we were out within the hour but it was a shame we had to have a cold shower. The showers were also a little dirty and lots of limescale.

"Great apartment would use again"

Staid for a family wedding the 2 bed apartment was very well equipped and spacious we enjoyed the stay. Cheaper than booking 2 rooms in a hotel in the same location.

Car park was in an adjacent building so a bit of a faff getting our stuff from the car to the apartment. More than offset by the quality of the accommodation.

Great Location for the marina. Apartment was clean and well stock with all the essentials. The owner had gone above & beyond with leaving fresh bread, milk, etc..
