"I love this apartment!"

This is the best serviced apartment I have stayed in and I travel a lot! The host is so friendly and has made a lot of effort to make it feel like home for her guests. This was my second time staying and I hope to return in the fall. It's so comfortable and welcoming. 10++++

Everything! From the moment I arrived until I left, my experience with the host and apartment was wonderful! The amenities are top notch, the parking is close and easy, good A/C, clean and comfortable. The host has thought of everything! I have already booked another stay!

Clean, fresh and caringly maintained by Marien. Lots of thought to make it homely and comfortable. Abundant supplies of key essential - water, toilet paper, towels and all the little extra’s like toothbrush’s etc. Would definitely recommend to stay there.

"Fantastic! Clean, comfortable, relaxing and restorative space!"

This stay was amazing! The mother/daughter team who runs this unit does an excellent job of making you feel at home. The space was super clean and tidy, the wifi was fast, the heating was nice and all the extras they provided guests made it feel so comfortable! We loved all the lamp lighting, pillows, blankets, towels, and snacks that are usually lacking in other spaces. We would recommend this to all guests, you will not be disappointed!!

Nothing! It was excellent all around. We have stayed in 10 different cities over 3 weeks and this was our most comfortable stay so far!

Marien is an incredible host who provides a delicious cake, lots and lots of water, and fruit juice for breakfast along with tea and coffee as desired. Her home is full of thoughtful design touches as the location is great for enjoying tapas and local attractions. Also her guide to Murcia is very comprehensive and easy to follow! We had a great visit to Murcia and would stay again at Rincón Santa Eulalia!

The couch was super comfortable, but the bed would be more comfy with a mattress pad. Ear plugs are a good idea to have for the night time noises of street cleaners and restaurants closing.
