Nice place to stay in town, parking was free down the street (garage was not obvious). Busy square in front with cafes and restaurant, noise until later in the night. When windows were closed it kept the noise to a minimum.

Not much available for breakfast. Air conditioner in living room, none in bedroom. Thankfully there was a fan in the closet to keep us cool. Despite no smoking rules, living room (especially couch) smelled of smoke. There was no milk for coffee in the morning, unfortunately. Tiny elevator, barely fit one person with luggage.

The apartment was very well stocked with breakfast items - even down to cartons of milk & juices. We were very pleased with the location. Within walking distance of the Old Town and the University area. There was a plaza on our doorstep. Lovely to be outside sipping a drink with the locals!

Only downside I could find was the property not having a balcony - but we knew this beforehand so no real complaint. Car park attendant that handed over the keys wasn't too pleasant but I guess Marien had no control over what staff was on.

This very cosy apartment was so well equipped with a wonderful breakfast provided, including a delicious cake. We both felt that Marien and her daughter had thought of absolutely everything. Marien was also a very good communicator, who sent us all the information we needed well in advance. The secure car park was also very close by.

Location was perfect. Centre of old Murcia and everything close by.

Finding the free parking lot was a bit tricky due to congested centre and narrow streets. But to be expected in old cities.

Very nice hostess who gave us good information in advance about the location and the parking. Furthermore recommendations about restaurants and activities.

Cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen was somehow below the expectations.

Nice apartment in great location. Clean and well equipped with a lift. Great bathroom - super shower - & kitchen. Helpful & easy to understand instructions from hosts. The parking space is nearby, easy to find and a great asset.

If I have to be picky.... You don't really get a breakfast - just plenty of juice, teas, a coffee machine & a cake. The apartment overlooks a square which generally isn't too noisy & the bars there are good, though the night time bin & cleaning lorries can be rather disturbing. Not the fault of the apartment though.

Marien is an excellent hostess. She kept in touch with us on WhatsApp way in advance of our arrival and sent us very clear instructions. The apartment is gorgeous and well stocked with water, juices, tea assortment, coffee pods, cakes and chocolate treats! All the basics to do your own cooking too like oil, seasonings, food wraps etc. new applicants ie stove top and oven. Could even find 2 channels and Prime Video in English on the TV. Location is good for looking around the city Parking was simple as the parking station was right near by and Marien has made arrangements for a pass to use

We liked everything but have to say the internal building noise with people slamming their doors etc can get very loud! Also the bedroom window is front facing and there are several restaurants in the square below and they played music until the wee hours of the morning x 2 nights. But is was Halloween and the next day was a bank holiday so that may have made it worse for us. However the restaurants are open to at least midnight and you can hear voices and then them cleaning up. Take ear plugs! The bed was a back breaker too but so are all the beds in Europe! Needs a memory foam mattress cover for sure
