Asset Kita-Hatsutomi #MVx

This place is a solid pick if you're flying in from Narita — no transfers needed, just a short walk (around 5 minutes) from Kita-Hatsutomi Station or 15 minutes from the Shin-Kamagaya hub. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of amenities, and the kitchen setup is simple but has everything you need to cook basic meals. Bonus points for being really close to a konbini and a Big A supermarket — makes daily needs super convenient.

Everything was great — location, space, amenities — but no bidet. For a place this well-equipped, it’s a surprising omission, especially in Japan. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of.

Very clean and well equipped, the rooms are nice and lot of room for clothes. The staff is nice and everything needed is there. The location is also convenient for going to Tokyo

Poor customer service. Who ever comes first time better not to go here. Very annoying.

the property included everything! from private bathroom and bathtub to fridge and own cooking stove. its a dream place to stay at for me because it got everything in such a small place.

its a little bit far away from tokyo and akihabara i.e. 1 hour journey

The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly and communicative. This is my new go-to place when I visit Chiba or Tokyo. Being so close to the train station is very convenient. I also love that the room/apartment is equipped with utensils for cooking and cleaning supplies so you can clean up if you have a longer stay.

I don't have any negatives, it's very good value for the money.
