I like how it was clean and close to the station

Because it was close to the station, the trains and cars sound were annoying, especially after midnight

If you don't intend on sampling Tokyos nightlife, then it's probably a good selection.The proximity to the train station was good. It was about 150 meters away.

The area is extremely quiet and sedate. If you are planning on trying out tokyos nightlife then this is probably not a great option as to get into Tokyo nightlife area you need to get about 3 trains. With the last train running at 12 am, this would mean you would have to be leaving tokyo around 11pm in order to catch the last of your three trains. Of course you could always get a taxi but they are very expensive to get to this location. The journey into central Tokyo is just over an hour by train. I also felt that there were too many rules you need to follow in the apartment and that at times I felt like a contestant on big brother. Two medium sized towels were provided at the start of the week and were not replaced during the stay. You were encouraged to use the paid washing machine and drier in order to freshen up the towels.

The place was very clean, the instructions are clear and posted everywhere. Check-in was smooth and contactless. The staff would check in on you through the app and were very responsive to questions. The kitchenette was also well stocked with kitchen utensils for you if you want to cook, thought I never did.

There's a lot of emergency vehicles going by this area so if you're sensitive to that it's good to know.

The room is as expected from the photos provided and the neighborhood is quite with a few restaurants and convenience stores available.

The room was clean and quiet at night. Instructions for using the washing machines, dryer and kitchen utilities are clear and easy to follow. The property is closed to a commuter train station and it's in a suburban area. It gives you a glimpse of what ordinary Japanese daily life is like for a foreigner. It will take an hour from the property to Tokyo downtown. Property host replied promptly to guest questions and inquiries.

The room(304) I stayed always hear a little background noise, sounded like coming from either the washing machine or dryer in the hall way but when I checked the laundry room, no one was using it. Not sure if it's from the ventilation system or something else. The bed was making a noise whenever I turn my body when sleeping. This is not related to the property (Giving the high cost of public transportation in Japan in general, it might be a little expensive for tourist to commute one hour every time going to Tokyo center).

We absolutely loved this property. It was way bigger than we expected -- certainly bigger than average Japanese hotels. It was extremely clean and comfortable-- the bed especially. It was nice that there was a remote that we could use to dim and turn off/on the light from bed. The neighborhood was very quiet, and so was the building -- we didn't see a single soul there during our entire stay. The shower was AMAZING. The building was a very quick walk to the train station as well as a supermarket and convenience store. And easy ride to Narita airport as well as into Tokyo. We were sad that our stay here was so short!
