The place was really cute! It's just a short walk to a train station, convenience store, and a nice ramen restaurant. I had a few questions throughout my stay, and the property owner was polite, easy to communicate with, responded in reasonable time, and was very helpful

After staying in a mix of hostels, hotels, and apartments on my travels to Japan, I realized the importance of having your own private place. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Tokyo to book this place as it is very difficult to find a private residence (especially in Tokyo) for this price. The outlets also are all grounded so you don't have to worry about buying an adapter (most Japanese outlets do not have a grounding slot but this apartment's outlets all do). The location is very quiet, the train line to the apartment is not done through JR so you have to purchase a separate ticket and or get off at Matsudo. All and all it's the perfect place if you are staying in Tokyo.

The building is very close to Kita-hatsutomi station, only about 2 minutes by foot. The room is clean, full of facilities as description, staff responsed quickly and be helpful. My room's window faces the street but it's not noisy. There is a near station, called Shin-kamagaya, which has many transfer options and rapid line from Narita Airport. Note: the pavement from station to the building is very narrow on the right, it's enough for walking alone, but a little difficult for walking with suitcase. You should walk on the left side, it's wider.

Our flight landed at 8AM, but check-in time is from 15PM, so the host allowed us to check-in early from 12AM. II asked the host if we can wait at anywhere like lobby of the building but she said no, we had to wait until 12AM. Actually the building has a large lobby at 1st floor. I wish we were allowed to wait there until check-in time because the weather is very cold outside and my wife is pregnant.

The peace and quiet and the whole hotel is amazing and the people there are really nice💯

The place was absolutely spotless. Very clean and organised. The rooms were full of amenities, and most importantly; the bed was comfortable. The owner also kept in touch via email to make sure everything went smoothly, which is much appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Japan!

The lobby door auto locks, I had to be careful not to leave my keys inside and be locked out. Did it once, nearly twice. Was not fun out in the cold ahahhaa.
