"Hotels.com Keep Away!!!!"

It would of been fantastic if you idiots booked a first floor room like we asked for instead I spent alot of my time in my room due to the fact that I have hip issues and couldn’t climb stairs!!! Will not book through you again!! Hotels.com is the worse place to book rooms!!! If you don’t know what the hell You are doing!! Perhaps call the hotel directly!! Mainstay is a fantastic place to stay! But I will book directly from them!!!

Our room was located on the 3rd floor with the most rickety, dangerous staircase ever. Room smelled terrible. Lots of sketchy people that seemed to live there.

I did not have a good experience, my room was not clean. The bathroom was very dirty, I have to buy stuff and clean by myself, it’s not toilet paper. I spent two nights and I have to ask for clean towels.And they give us 2 and we’re 3 , it’s not Wi-Fi

"Nice little get away"

I would recommend the Mainsail it is a cute little motel. Very clean and employees were very accommodating. Well-kept 1 block right off main strip of Hampton Beach. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in the Motel rooms side but they have cottages as well. Nice pool area.
