Clean, safe, efficient check in and check out. Good customer relations. Property is in the process of making some upgrades. Close to Hampton Beach, shopping and dinning areas.

"Off-season gem"

We got a last minute reservation, were quite happy with the room and the property. It was a very comfortable room. Being the off-season, it was quiet, which we like. (Not sure how the high-season would compare) It's in easy walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants.

The bedding was dirty and the door did not feel secure or safe for me and my friend. Would not recommend you stay here if you’re solo female travelers, or if you want a clean bed.
