Location, layout, facilities, ease of access, children's rooms, toys, cups, bowls ect. really lovely setting and incredible views of the bay and mount. comfy beds, lovely bathroom, kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, fast Wifi. Perfect base to visit family or explore Cornwall. We will certainly be back.

Only one tiny little niggle, there seemed to be a lot of fly's in the property but we got some fly spray and catchers from Tesco and problem solved.

The transportation is very convenient. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from both the bedroom and the living room. The facilities are complete, and the place is generally clean and tidy. It also offers great value for money.

The only downsides are that there are too many bugs—even with pest control equipment, it doesn’t work very well—and the stairs in the room are a bit steep, so people with limited mobility need to be careful.

Ve Velké Británii jsem bydlel na mnoha místech, takže můžu dobře srovnávat. Tohle však patřilo k těm vůbec nejkrásnějším a nejpříjemnějším. Už poloha je skvělá - v centru jen kousek od nádraží, ale to nejlepší je dům samotný. Z přízemí vyjdete do prvního patra, kde je krásný obývací pokoj s výhledem na oceán a Saint Michael's Mount, vedle něj plně vybavená kuchyň s velkou lednicí a jídelním koutem a o patro výš dvě ložnice, z toho jedna opět s nádherným výhledem na moře přímo z postele, a velká koupelna s vanou i sprchou. Vše nové, čisté, krásně barevně sladěné a vkusné. Domluva s majitelem byla vstřícná a bezproblémová. Musím říct, že ubytování posunulo zážitek z Penzance ještě o mnoho výš. Doufám, že se sem ještě někdy vrátím.

No heating on when we arrived on one of the coldest days of the year. Flush mechanism on toilet was broken and a couple of other issues. However the big problem was a broken bed. I booked for three adults. My sister and myself who are in our early seventies and my 49 year old son. My sister and I shared the double bed but did not sleep well. The owner said there was a spare bed we could use. It was a pull out foam chair. Had to find other accommodation. I got a refund for the 5 nights we couldn’t stay there but still lost £100. Never again.

We loved the house. It is very welcoming and confortable. it is spacious and the decoration is lovely. We had a good contact with the host Ali and she kindly let us get in the house a couple of hours earlier than planned. The location is great. Close to the station, shops and seafront. Lovely views too.

It would have been nice to know that there were not that much hot water available for the showers on one day (one of us had a bath that morning in the lovely bath and we then did some washing up at lunchtime). But if one is aware of this and organise themselves so not everyone is planning a shower if someone had a bath, it is not a real problem.

Loved the Bay window overlooking the harbour and St. Michael's Mount. Close to the bus and train station and town centre shops. Tesco Express, pubs and other shops in walking distance.

The stairs were quite steep but hard to avoid that.
