BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY. Perfectly kept and CLEAN**** amazing staff!!!!!******** definitely resort vibes. LOVED THE STAFF AND HOW INCREDIBLY NICE IT WAS. comfortable layout! Small and classy*** They held our suitcases for the day while we explored after checking out**** They even packed a breakfast for us on check out day which was exceptionally kind. For this reason alone I would highly recommend this resort; they care about the people who stay here. Absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere they created. (We are smokers and we even came back to a clean ashtray which was a very happy surprise. That’s how detailed they are here!!! Just wow!!!!)

(The hot water doesn’t last too long) (Location is a little further out but worth it for peaceful vibes)

Sehr nette hotel"mama", rollerverleih und die Möglichkeit busreisen zu buchen

Die Zimmer sind eher schäbig als alles andere. Der Pool roch nach moder. Hunde und hähne die um das hotel leben machen eine ruhige Nacht unmöglich

The grounds were beautifully kept and so many nice touches like real fruit trees everywhere, the koi pond, etc. rooms very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast choices nice they ask you for approximate eating time to have things prepared promptly. AM staff member was chatty and made sure our tour details were correct for us which was lovely and reassuring.

Location was not within walking distance of anything but easy to order grab taxi/food. Was the first time we had ordered-in whilst in Vietnam which was a novelty. PM Check in staff didn’t speak much English, showed us which villa was ours and handed us the key in the dark and quickly disappeared

Breakfast was always really good, staff make great Vietnamese coffee. It was a little far away from city centre and restaurants in Ninh Binh.

Mosquitos in the room. Got us and the baby multiple times.
