La Vento Resort Ninh Bình

The hotel complex is wonderful. Summer and his staff treated us like VIP's. Summer set us up with a local driver with a 6 passenger car to take us around, this really helped with our seeing the area.

Lush country side, soft bed

Too far away from city Cold food, rather than hot, so worried about food control. Limited staff speaking English I would like Management to contact me on what’s app to discuss the theft of my new silver, pearl necklace before I left. I thought I had packed it in my jewellery bag and didn’t know it was missing till yesterday. It was only just purchased. I recall it was placed at my bedside in Villa 5. It was taken approximately Saturday 8th

The resort is very nice, the outside areas were well cared, the pool had a nice size, and our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also big, and there was an exterior bathtub - which we didn't use as the weather was a bit cold, but must be really nice in the summer. Breakfast was okay. Even though only one person could really understand and speak English, all the staff was really friendly! They rented us a motorbike during our stay, and arranged a taxi to take us to the train station the day we left. We would definitely come back to this resort!

There was nothing we really disliked! Some minor things: the resort is located at about 15 min from the center by motorbike, and the AC in the bedroom did not had the option of heating (which would have been useful as the weather was a bit cold).

The owners worked at the property and were super amazing making sure all guests are looked after.

The rooms are large, stylishly furnished and clean. The same goes for the pool and the grounds. The owners are also very helpful and, for example, ordered vegetarian food for us, booked onward travel and a tour. The location is a bit out of the way, but since you are usually picked up and are out and about during the day, that doesn't matter.
