This is very much communal living and not private at all. It is not worth the money for communal living and not suitable for a family. Other guests came home drunk and loud and made food at 12:30 at night. Kitchen is not the cleanest. The room was fine. Very disappointed in our stay here it was not peaceful at all

Bed was hard.

Nice single room with access to balcony with calming views over mature Nikau palms and bush. Kitchen well equipped and the whole place had good vibes. Parking was easy.

There is not much to say, because the price was quite low for such an accommodation in AKL. There was a bit of a mushy smell when entering the building, probably difficult to eradicate in a fully carpeted home. Altogether nothing to complain.

The stay was fantastic, the facilities are very good and everything is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. There was a washing machine available and the rest time was respected. We parked the car without any problems. I would definitely stay there again.

The hosts were awesome to deal with and the facilities were perfect for our needs. Our group had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We were there for 5 nights. The bathroom and water pressure in the showers top notch.

I misunderstood that it was a shared space and open to other renters. I thought the whole place would be ours. The walls were thin could hear our neighbours breathing lol. In saying that we still enjoyed everything.
