Sunny Cosy Rooms in Auckland Nice Garden Bush View

Of all the places we've stayed, in numerous countries, we've never paid to stay somewhere which is mould ridden. Black mould spots in the ceiling in the bedroom and heaps in the kitchen. So gross and bad for your health. The walls are paper thin too, you can literally hear people's rustling of food packets. Can only imagine what the room is like next to the loo :/

Good home stay. The hosts are really nice and had a great chatting. The forest view is incredible and nice terrace yard. Ample parking. Value for pricing per night. The bathroom and toilet have floor heating system that are good for winter.

The cleanness of toilet should be better since shared for at least 7 if full house. The windows in the living/dining rooms are always open, resulting cold come out from the bed room. Unfiltered noise.

it is very nice and warm and cosy. it have everything in it. very clean and tidy. I will come to stay again. it's the best!!
