New Remodeled Direct Oceanfront Views Beach Cove

The beach and location was great. My room had a furnace filter unchanged for years. If I am allowed I will upload a photo but they say it's too small to upload

Air quality - staff - management - I requested to speak to a manager several times but never happened. They just kept having front desk tell me with no sympathy that due to my health condition caused me to checkout late and they have to charge me $150. I even requested splitting it because it was NOT intentional & unpreventable. They rudely disallowed. I filed a claim with credit card to dispute and it is ongoing.

Room was clean and price was good

Pool was ice cold, nobody wanted to go in it because as people were saying super cold. Beds had a loud squeak when getting in and out of it. Manager of the lunch grill had an attitude. Don’t need that on vacation went elsewhere for lunch after first day. Which required leaving the property every day for lunch which was an inconvenience. Stayed there two years ago and had same problem with pool water being cold but this year it was twice as cold.

Elevators are slow and small for that size of a building. Overall a very nice place

The indoor pool and lazy river were closed. The arcade only had five games that worked, yet the machine to buy a card was empty. The person working there didn't know how to fix it. The shower was broken for two days. We had to let maintenance come for three days while we weren't there. The hot water ran slow. The microwave fan wouldn't go off. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. The sleeper sofa was rusty and uncomfortable. A rigorous contract had to be signed.
