"Worst PBC stay EVER ALL because THIS ROOM! PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT ROOM!"

I liked being close to Pier Park but the room and the host was a nightmare!

THE LIVING ROOM DOESNT MATCH THE PICTURES! ONLY 1 RED COUCH AND NO MURFHY BED! The room was very dirty and trash was behind and under most of the furniture! The floors were nasty and the grouting is in major need of scrubbing. The door to the balcony is very hard to open or close. The DRYER DOES NOT WORK! THE OWNER/MANAGER NAMED MANA WILL NOT HELP! They had some VERY RUDE man call me SEVERAL times about the dryer and after a 9 day stay it still was never fixed! I got left on read many times and never got real responses back, it just seemed like automated messages and they only sent a few. We also had to go get our own wristbands and we didn’t get to have them till 5 days into our trip! We asked for a refund since the room nearly ruined our trip but was only refunded $390 of booking credits! I am now disputing with the credit card company after the lady from booking.com told me to.
