Very nice well kept condo, we will definitely book again

We liked everything about it, the only issue was the tub thats in the bedroom bathroom was stopped up and wouldn’t drain…no big deal just wanted to inform of the issue

Location

It wasn’t clean on arrival. Dirty dishes left in sink. Our feet were black from walking on floor without socks or shoes. Sand particles sticking to our feet. Bed sheets were with Semen stains. We had to wash sheets, clean floors and wash dishes upon our arrival. We informed owners but owner didn’t show much concern. Neither television worked. We contacted owner but they wanted us to wait around on our vacation and let someone come In in a few hours to try to fix TVs. The entrance door broke and we could not get out of our condo for 4 hours while waiting on someone to get back to us by phone then waiting for someone from Maintenance to come open door jam. This Condo has potential but I feel since new owners and not operating by Calypso Staff itself they have a lot to learn. We have stayed at Calypso for past 3 years twice a year but through the actual Calypso management team and it was excellent I feel this visit was a learning experience for the new owners and they will do better in future.

Beautiful place and price was very reasonable.

TV was broken and bathtub doesn't drain well. There was also no bedding for the couch bed.

It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment

Our condo was very nice, however bathrooms & kitchen wasn’t clean.. and lots of mouse droppings in master closet floor.. unsanitary. Gross.. you could hear the mice all night in the kitchen area

Everything was excellent. The property was comfortable and clean. The view was phenomenal!

The bed was comfortable but the bed frame needs updating.
