Beautifully presented. Spacious apartment. Great location. Perfect base to visit York(Not far from a Park and Ride into York.)

Some coverage of the main glass door would make it more private.

Close to cinema, restaurants, supermarkets and pub. EV fast charging within 5 miles helped

No oven or hob , just microwave so I brought my own air fryer so no big deal, I travel for work so well prepared anyway.

Location to York by bus, comfortable clean and excellent parking.

Only issues was not with the property at all simply there is no local shop or bakery, the pub is fine however no food as kitchen closed. Travel 10 mins to retail park for supplies

Quite location & easy to park. Comfortable bed, quality mattress & pillows. Nice sofa to relax. Awesome blackout blind in bedroom ensures great sleep. Great shower, nice towels. Local Tesco and Starbucks 5 miles away on my way to work couldn’t be more convenient. Pub within easy walk, literally 5 houses down.

Pub closed on Mondays 😂

Loved the shower and the bed was super comfy!

Could benifit to have a wardrobe in the bedroom for hanging space and a bigger tele

The location was convenient as we were visiting our daughter in Wigginton. Quiet at night with on-site parking. Hot water!

The grey sofa bed/seat was very soft and almost floor level low....kinda unsuitable for two (elderly) adults to sit on. 😉 We used the two dining chairs in the evening but a couple of small easy chairs would have been nice.
