The Sunshine Hoi An Villa

Perfect for two families holidaying together. The house was fabulous and the pool was perfect. Location is great - convenient to the old town, rice fields, beach and lots of good restaurants and cafes. The owners are lovely and looked after us very well!

Location was great and villa was very spacious for a group of 8. Pool was wonderful and coffee shop at end of lane was an added bonus - delicious vietnamese white iced coffee :)

It was a shame there was no cooling in the communal downstairs area and lacked a toaster which would have been beneficial for kids breakfasts. Other than that no complaints. Hosts were very receptive to any queries and helped out with any issues immediately :)

The host was a very lovely lady. One of us got sick and she took us to get medicine.

The owner was incredibly lovely and very accommodating to our needs, offering us water and fast to react to anything we need help with. The property itself was gorgeous and the perfect layout for a large group. Beds were extremely comfy and very clean, same for the shower/bathroom which was extremely modern and also very clean. The kitchen was equipped with the basics utensils and was also a nice place to sit as a group. I would very much recommend this property

Only negative for us would be the location. It was about 10 minutes out from the main town making for quite a lot of grab trips throughout each day but it was not a noticeable upset. Also since it is a very family/retirement tourism area it meant we had to keep quiet from 10pm which proved to be slightly challenging as a large group but again it was manageable.
