Ligt op wandelafstand van de stad met gratis parking in de straat. Het balkon geeft een mooi zicht op de stad. Is een moderne ruime kamer en badkamer.

Die Lage war perfekt, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a központhoz közel, mégis csendes helyen. Ingyenes parkolás az utcában. Tiszta, modern szállás. Tea és kávé készítési lehetőség. Hűtőszekrény a szobában ásványvíz bekészítéssel.

Puha volt a matrac. A visszaigazolásban szereplő 6 EUR idegenforgalmi adó helyett 9 eurót akartak kérni.

Generally place could be really good but it's not...

Contact with the owner a nightmare, very stressful, generally the worst contact of over 500 overnight stays I've stayed in my life. Firstly, the owner sends a huge number of messages, about 15 in total. Messages are totally useless, nothing important there. This is completely unnecessary. Secondly, and most importantly, the owner doesn't charge city tax with the reservation payment like other properties/hotels and here the story begins. Owner sends a payment link a few hours before check-in (while sending 8-10 isles messages free days before!). The linked payment website is only in Italian, and for non Italian speakers information on website are unclear, making it difficult to complete the payment. Without this €3 city tax payment, the owner states, that he will not give any details of check-in. I travel a lot, so when I arrived in Bosa at 18:00, I wanted to get some rest right away, but unfortunately, I had to struggle for about 30 minutes with the city tax payment. It was very stressful, finally done and believe me, I'm fluent with mobile payments. But if someone doesn't have a payment app on their phone, he simply won't be able to check in. Too much stress and artificial problems that could have been avoided by curry tax payment included in general payment, and stress is the last thing I want on vacation. I don't recommend this place.

Nice property located about 5/10mins walk from the centre of town. Beautiful views of the town from the bedroom window. Easy to check in and check out. Over happy with the stay.
