Le propriétaire pas tres aimable a notre arrivée on avait l impression de le déranger pendant sa sieste.

La proximité du centre

La description des chambres ne correspond pas a ce qui est indiqué. On a reserve une chambre deluxe avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple avec balcon et y avait qu’un lit double. Il voulait faire payer plus pour 1 lit simple. Apres avoir discuté un moment il a mis a disposition le lit simple.

Quartier calme. Tres bien situé.

Struttura nuova, arredata con buon gusto ed in perfette condizioni. Presenza di numerosi parcheggi gratuiti nella strada pubblica. Host sempre a disposizione per qualunque esigenza.

Presenza di alcuni gradini per arrivare alla struttura

Tutto perfetto, stanza e biancheria pulite, letto molto comodo, grande attenzione sulle necessità del viaggiatore. Proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico! Per noi diventa un punto di riferimento su Bosa. Possibilità di late check in automatizzato. Adiacente ad una zona di food truck tranquilla e perfetta per cenare la sera a bordo fiume. Consigliatissima

Incredible value! Quiet, clean, safe and comfortable. Bosa is a lovely place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the room overall. The stocked, shared kitchenette was a nice bonus. Host provided coffee as well as disposable plates and utensils. Friendly host. Great location. Just a short walk to the old streets of Bosa, without having to drive in a busy area or search for parking. Easy parking right outside the door. Near supermarkets and several cafes along the river. My room technically didn’t have a balcony, but it did have double doors with enough space to step outside when having my morning coffee.

The location is very convenient, you can view all the city sights by foot. Free parking on the street of the property was a plus. The room was very clean, free coffee capsules were provided and the bed mat was really comfy.

The communication before our stay was not ideal - the replies I was getting were either in Italian (even though I texted in English) or via automatic messages that were not personalised. No one greeted us at the property during check in or check out. Moreover, during our check out there were people outside of the door practically waiting for us to leave in order to clean the room, one and a half hour before check out which was weird. But the worst thing was on Saturday morning, when at 9am people came in the apartment to clean and were literally playing loud music and singing just outside of our door while we were inside and trying to get some rest. This was unacceptable.
