"Value for money but think could do with some tidying up."

The property was easy to find. In a good location and very quiet.

I’m not sure if we were first visitors of the season but property felt a little damp. Also there was mould all over the patio doors that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Vinyl on the floor was ripped. Could of been trip Hazard and the shower it’s self was clean but yet again mould around the pipes etc. The previous reviews were amazing I’m not sure we got that.

The location was great, about 5 min walk to the beach and seaside attractions

- Condensation forms on all rooms overnight so anything on the floor near external walls gets very wet!! - Mould on the front door - likely from the condensation - Very cold unless all the heaters are used which then increases the condensation and water over everything - Horrible smell in the bathroom - Ants everywhere - Beds very uncomfortable

Lovely little chalet. Modern, clean and all you could need inside. Amazing location, walking distance to all you could need!

Not a complaint or anything I disliked at the home, just a gentle reminder that the electricity needs to be topped up throughout your stay and can become pricey.

Location was great and chalet was really clean and comfortable. Turned out it was the same chalet my daughter stayed in a couple of years ago and she was impressed then too!

Was right at the back of the site so a slight walk but not a negative as that is so minor!

location was superb especially family with two young children, as pensioners plenty of things to do in area, lovely pubs, great Hemsby fish & chip shop, ( opposite Bell pub ) owners really friendly. Loved it and will return one day.

Make the A14 bigger with separate lane for lorries. I WISH. At least the seagulls stayed off the aerial!!!
