GBLoved the view and the closeness to the beach. We walked to the beach, had ice cream and came up on the recliner lift! Felt safe as the entrance to the apartment was coded. The apartment had everything we needed to cook/have a warm breakfast.

Bedroom 1: There is no power outlet near the bedside, so the bedside lamp cannot be used. The nearest outlet is at least 2 meters away from the bed, which makes it impossible to charge your phone by the bed. Bedroom 2: There is no power outlet at all, so you will need to bring a power strip. Bathroom: Shower gel and shampoo are not provided. Although the Wi-Fi password and information were provided, the connection never worked during my stay.

Needs refurbishment, bathroom very date. Stained carpet in hallway gives bad first impression. Sockets in bedrooms not very convenient. Not enough hangers provided.
GBYou cant find better location for this price…. Free parking, view, comfy beds, everything you need in kitchen, close to high street and Bournemouth …. It’s second time we stayed there, as you can’t beat location/price/number of bedrooms ratio but we unlikely come back.
Building has cracks in the walls in rooms and public areas. You can hear everything from next door. Your own steps annoy you because of very squeaky floors under relatively new carpets. kitchen cabinets and some other furniture was broken. Bathroom is very outdated, water from boiler was too hot - could not give shower to my toddler. Disgusting stains at the bottom of toilet. slow WiFi. Customer service people responded quickly before booking, did not reply at all after we checked in. Clean bed linen but very strong detergent smell - I had to wash it all before going to sleep, also - there is no mattress protection cover so only sheet stands between you and the sweaty/wee stains on mattress.

Although in a good location the building is in a very poor state with cracks all up the walls , it looks close to being condemned. The pillows should be thrown away as were lumpy and not fit for use. We couldn't have breakfast together as only 2 spoons and 3 plates. Broken table lights, broken shelf on wardrobe, bits of balcony hanging off, cobwebs in living room. On first night we had the below neighbour knock on door to say water pouring through ceiling. The over use of cleaning products left the whole flat a highly scented chemical nightmare. The second night we were kept awake until 1am with very noisy neighbours. We would not stay here again, the only redeeming fact was the location.
