Marcia and Andy are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The little annexe had absolutely everything one would need with attention to every detail. Cosy, comfortable and clean, I couldn't recommend highly enough.

It's clean, comfortable, good location to Derby center. Hosts are friendly and considerate, I truly felt at home.

I cannot believe how much has been thought about when setting this up for guests & the items supplied are above all expectations & above standards of 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Host Marcia went above & beyond & is an amazing person. Thank you so much for making us so welcome. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Absolutely nothing

The accommodation is a modern unit in the rear garden. Not having looked at all the photos when I booked I had no idea but it was amazing how self contained it was with every 'mod con' needed. It was ideal for my needs. Very comfortable and cosy. The owner's had provided some basic welcoming items in the fridge of bread, spread, jam, milk, tea bags, biscuits and coffee. There was a local Co-op and Sainsbury's within walking distance where I was able to buy a frozen meal to pop in the microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The owners were on hand and explained how to lock and unlock the unit.

Everything was OK.
