A lovely couple very welcoming, they were the perfect hosts they certainly went above and beyond. They had absolutely thought of everything to ensure I had a great stay with them. The property had everything you could wish for and more, the complimentary snacks were a big bonus as I was a tad peckish when I arrived, extremely comfortable bed and an outstanding shower with tons of pressure and piping hot water. Very peaceful garden full of lovely trees and flowers, I found myself very relaxed for my entire stay. Will definitely book here again.

It is a very thoughtfully built space in the backyard of the host, very compact though. The place and the host Marcia had very good vibes. The friendly dogs and cats of the host were an additional bonus.

I travelled with a big bag and a small bag it was difficult to accommodate both. Also, it is too compact a space to share it with anybody other than a spouse.

This annexe in Derby was perfect for me in every way and I wanted for nothing. Marcia is just lovely and cares greatly for the comfort of her guests; rarely have I stayed where such care and thought has been put into the accommodation. It is clean, warm and cosy, the bed is comfortable and there is a well appointed small kitchen with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. This is great value for money as well as just being a great place to stay.

Absolutely nothing

A 3rd stay in this lovely annexe and I cannot speak highly enough of it. Marcia is just lovely and has made sure her guests needs are all catered for. The room is so comfortable and rarely have I stayed in a place which has had so much care and thought put into it. I wanted for nothing.
