Apartment just close to the Lake in Bellagio

Excellent location

non è colpa dell’appartamento , ma su 2 lati era sconsigliabile aprire le finestre perché nelle case di fronte c’era presenza di “abitazioni” di vespe e calabroni non presente aria condizionata, che avrebbe fatto comodo, ma era stato dichiarato prima

Appartement à 1 minute du lac, dans un quartier plutôt calme.

Accueil très impersonnel, boîte à clé, nous n'avons vu personne.

Месторасположение просто супер! До центра нужно пройти пешком, но маленький пляж искупаться совсем рядом, в 1 минуте ходьбы. Вид с балкона и окна туалета супер. Вайбовые маленькие улочки, где можно выпить кофе с круассаном и местная итальянская жизнь. Парковка не далеко от дома. В доме было все необходимое для наших двух дней проживания. Очень бы хотелось вернуться снова.

Very good location - right next to the beach and the bus stop. Only 25 min walk from Bellagio city centre. Well equipped kitchen. I know some other reviews complained of the loud church bells at 8am every morning but I quite liked how it woke me up and allowed me to start my day early - it was quite refreshing. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.

A bit stuffy. Some of the kitchen supplies were low e.g. empty olive oil bottle in the kitchen cabinet, less than half a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom with no new ones stocked ready for use. Other than these small critiques, it was a very good place to stay.

The appartement is located around 20min by foot from the busy city centre. Therefore it is quite calm in a good sense! The lake is really just a few steps away and there is even a ferry stop (San Giovanni), which is quite handy (but the ferries are not operating as often as in Bellagio itself though). The balcony with view on the lake is awesome! The kitchen is very well equipped. We liked the "maisonette" style of the appartement because it makes it very cozy. There is not much going on around, but we can really recommend the Restaurant "Ittiturismo Ristorante Mella". Great Price-Value! Also Nené food offers nice coffee and smalls snacks close by. All in all we really enjoyed the stay in this appartement and would come again!

As I said: all in all we liked it a lot! One thing to mention: if you are easily woken up by noise and enjoy sleeping longer than 8am - the church bell at 8am could be an issue. Otherwise it's actually a plus since you don't need to set an alarm and the bell sounds very nice 😁

Loved the location, the views, the people and the restaurant close to the apartment!

The property was very well organised, it includes a lot of kitchenware and appliances which can make your stay very comfortable and to feel like home. The host was also very helpful with everything.
