Apartment just close to the Lake in Bellagio

Loved the village feel

Nice apartment in a cozy and quiet area near Bellagio

The apartment had only a tiny little coffee maker, which was not even enough for 1 cup. Beds were a little hard but that was the same in another apartment we used during our trip so I guess that is maybe an Italian thing.

Nice location, a swimming spot is a few steps from the apartment. About 30 minutes walk to Bellagio centre and if you happen to catch a ferry, it is less than 10 minutes to Bellagio. Apartment is comfortable and nice and had everything we needed.

There is a church right next to the apartment and it starts ringing bells at 8 in the morning. It was a nice alarm clock, but if you want to sleep longer then maybe not the best. There is also a ferry stop very close, but a ferry goes from there only a few times a day.

The location of the property is just 20 metres from the lake. SAN Giovanni is such a beautiful peaceful place, loved staying here out of the hustle and bustle of Bellagio. Has a store for everyday items. Apartment has stairs but was comfortable, affordable and well equipped.

Property very clean, simply and tastefully designed - better equipped than I had anticipated. I was delighted to unexpectedly have a balcony with a pull-out table and chair with which to enjoy a view of Lake Como and the characteristic cobble-stoned street below. The owner furnished me with plenty of information and quickly responded to messages. I booked this particular property when I saw that it was located in my beloved village where my dad was from, so know it very well.

Location, location, location. This place is located in the village of San Giovanni just outside of Bellagio’s main hub. There’s a few cafes and restaurants near by and a grocery store just a 15 minute walk away.
