No mánager on site. My reservation appeared but didnt show that i had paid, had to wait over an hour to get my room.
Beautiful hotel, new. We had a great stay. If I could be picky, the pillow was the feather, down kind that just deflate under your head. I prefer a firmer pillow. Also the set up in the bathroom, you kind of have to reach back for the toilet paper roll.
