USThe property was perfect location, close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was really well kept and I will definitely stay there when I visit again.
Very disappointing experience with customer service. We planned a day trip to stay at this hotel, only to be told upon arrival that there were no available rooms. Despite the overbooking, we received no prior notice or communication from the hotel. We were simply informed at the front desk that we should expect a refund. Completely unacceptable lack of courtesy and organization.

The pool was dirty the WHOLE stay. Loud music was played on one evening and the front desk didn’t resolve the problem. There were ants in our shower, everyday. The sticker on the bathroom mirror says to contact housekeeping OR front desk for fresh towels/wash-clothes, and the lady at the front desk was very rude regarding me asking HER for towels and not housekeeping.
