"It’s was great."

The staff were so friendly, nice villa and clean.

It would be very convenient if golf cart were available to transport guest around the resort, especially in the morning and guest with mobility. Our villa is quite far from reception and the breakfast area and check in and check out time.

"We had a lovely week only got hit with bad weather on the last two days and stil enjoyed them, playing cards and sports"

We liked the 24/7 boat transfer, it makes it feel like you're not quite on the main island but still easy to access. Also loved the beach volleyball area, table tennis and games hut/room, lots of activities to fill the time with. The food was good value for the buffet, unfortunately didn't get time to try the à la carte restaurant but only heard good things. Room service was great, bar service around the pool and the pool itself were both great!

Wish it had better access to a beach/ocean swimming but I've thought it was reasonably clear on the website that the pool is the only swimming water nearby so it wasn't a shock. The bathroom door inside the room doesn't provide much privacy both audio and visually, maybe worth replacing them with something thicker and that fully closes.

Staff were excellent. Cleaners were amazing and friendly. Merianna was so delightful and excellent customer service.

Food was always cold and not fresh and not good value for money at all. Service was slow and not organised. Accommodation was too far from everything costly to travel to and from places. Courtesy van we recomend to help out guests. Not enough beds on beachfront and non occupied with belongings and no guests using them. Maybe time limit would be good so everyone gets use of facilities in the future. Alot of maintainence needed in rooms.

Staff are very friendly and the rooms are super clean and spacious

It’s a bit isolated even though it’s just 30mins from Nadi. Some sections of the resort could do with a serious clean/revamp - mainly the gym and where the horses are. The buffet nights are good but some are over priced and we felt as though the alternative menu slacked in comparison
