-rooms were clean -gluten free pancakes

-hotel policy states after 11pm is quiet hours, however, this was unregulated. All nights of our stay we had loud guests outside our room up until 1-2am being obnoxiously loud, hotel also plays karaoke after 11pm. We reported this to reception but unfortunately nothing was done so our sleep was very poor. The hotel is advertised as an upscale/boutique resort , however, the atmosphere more resembled a party hostel. -general upkeep of property was poor -location is in the middle of nowhere, luckily we were able to rent scooters from a nearby shop -food was poor. Found plastic in our fries. Service was extremely slow during the night we dined at the hotel. Evening waiting staff were not proactive. -some staff conduct was unprofessional e.g male chefs coming out and staring at people/laughing at people. -no shower curtain so water leaks all over bathroom when showering

The staff and actual presentation of the accomodation itself were great, the view of the sunrise was stunning

The restaurant was not open until 7pm which was late for us so we had to go elsewhere for food. We were also told that the only food available would be oven baked food. The eftpos was down so we had to pay cash which left us a bit down on physical funds. The water also got disrupted leaving us without showers before bed

Pool area was fantastic.

Music went late at night, it was unnecessary.

Good view of the sea, has swimming pool. Renovated furniture. Some burger shops in the main area operate 24/7.

Breakfast option are very limited and not good. The receptionist was a little cunning in her mannerisms: 1. We were almost about to cancel but the receptionist hit pay without a final confirmation. The reason for cancellation was that the rooms we booked were small, and with no space for opening our bags and stuff. 2. We were also in discussion wether to get massage in house, and we were at the reception, when the receptionist just confirmed and told us that masseuse are on their way and couldn't be cancelled. Again, she called them without our confirmation. Glad that it wasn't prepaid and we were able to go out. The Wifi was not working at all, and it became difficult for one of our friend, who was working remotely that day. The property location is also not very convenient, and is far from the central area. It was a relief that we had a car with us to move around.
