The Staff was so professional and very attentive to my needs.

The property was very clean and beautiful.

Convenient to the whale sharks, loved having the bar, KTV, billiard table, swimming pools. Nice family atmosphere.

Friendly staff, lovely pool and the option to have a massage by the sea was excellent.

The shower was not enclosed and the shower head couldn’t remain upright, so required handheld shower, which was not what we expected for the price paid. The room was very small for a ‘deluxe’ room. The price point was very high for transport (over double the price for comparable journeys on the island) and laundry (which also resulted in damaged clothing). No sun loungers made relaxing by the pool challenging. Restaurant was very hit or miss.

Quiet location, attentive staff, live musicians on weekends, nice food if a bit pricey due to captive audience, nice rooms, Lovely pool

Pricey drinks, bed was uncomfortable (wooden base, not a big mattress on top) charge to use pool table by the hour? Why? Ghost payment on property so you reserve then pay at property, no beach just rocks

Staff is very accommodating.

Put one more trash bin in the room instead of one in the CR.

I loved being ocean front and I loved the swimming pool.

That you had to go outside of the room for bathroom and shower.
