We loved Everything - the WOW factor as soon as we drove up to the gates. The Gatehouse is amazing, spotless, cozy, pretty, comfortable. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location is fab. near town. Wonderful walks. Stunning views from of the park.

Going Home after such a relaxing, magical week.

Everything was perfect Beautifully decorated, full of charm & character. Clean & spotless. Kitchen fully equipped. Cosy lounge with log burner Peaceful location within the private parkland yet 5 mins walk to the shops, pubs & restaurants. Loads of woodland walks nearby too .

The location, in a beautiful quiet setting. The accommodation was amazing, spotlessly clean, really comfortable and lovely extras in a hamper. Had all the extras you could need. Lots of crockery, pans etc. Had secure garden for the dogs and very good walks. Brockenhurst shops and pubs short walking distance.

Having to go home. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

"Great authentic place with poor management."

We loved the property itself, authentic details are really beautiful and it is easy to reach it from train station.

1. Instruction where to find keybox was unclear, had to reach out to properties’ manager. After trying provided keybox code for a while, had to reach out to manager again. Code in the email was incorrect. 2. We found out that construction work on the fence and gate is being done as we arrived. As we were visiting with a baby, the manager promised to send information what are their plans so we can plan naps, he never called us back. Also we were not using outside patio as work was done there as well. It would have been nice to be informed in advance about this, so we can still change our holiday plans as we were looking for a peaceful place to stay. 3. Though we specified that we will come with a baby, we had to search for baby chair ourselves and clean it. 4. The cleaning lady tried to enter the house before our stay was over.
