Sadly the stat was cancelled the day before and although alternative accommodation near by was sources it was completely different to what we booked and needed. We were not given any choice over this and were informed that we would loose the money. We wanted a single story property with a safe space for dogs and quiet. We were re booked to a 2 storey property with living space upstairs which wasn’t suitable for the dogs.

Last minute change with no option for refund

The Old Stable is set in countryside and is lovely and quiet.

Never got to find out - because our hosts cancelled.

Our hosts cancelled shortly before our weekend - leaving us well and truly up the creek without a paddle - and then ignored any attempt to communicate with them. We’ve been treated appallingly frankly - still waiting for our promise full refund of £215 (8 days and waiting!!)

A fabulous, beautifully appointed self contained property. The interior was a perfect mix of traditional and modern styles. The beautiful garden and outdoor furniture completed the package. We would definitely return if in the area again. Thank you

Lovely location, clean, nice little sun trap

The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our night stay. The hosts went above and beyond for us, would definitely recommend!
