Premium Apartment in quiet & historical area

The best apartment in our trip to Latvia. You have everything you need and even more. Superb! Clean, modern, comfortable.

The apartment was nice and cozy. Well equipped with supplies so you didn't have to go out of your way to buy anything. Also very modern in every aspect.

The apartment is advertised with AC but the AC unit is just a fake screen on the wall that does nothing, also we found a fake broken off nail in the living room blanket, big yikes, some of the supplies in the apartment were run out and the host didn't bother to resupply them, I'd recommend investing a bit more into hygiene.

I really like the location of the property. Instructions were very clear about both arrival and departure from the apartment. We were able to made a self check-in. In addition to that, owner of the apartment let us to make an early check in because we had a really early flight. It has every stuff you need, even like streamer, washing machine, capsule coffee machine etc. 😅 Apartment was also very clean.

Well, I gave feedback to the owner mostly but this house needs to be taken care of in detail. It needs to renovated a little bit. Sofa is -almost- broken and the leisure things you saw in the pictures does not exist . (I put the pictures)

Very clean and well organized for stay apartment. Free parking from the back side of building.

Good location within walking distance to the city, easy checkin, well equipped kitchen.

Nice and clean apartment, good location for exploring the city, but also close to the highway. No extra charge for dogs 😊

Unfortunately, there was no Airconditioning in the apartment. The apartment was very warm (27°C) and even after a night of having all windows open, it was still 25°C in the apartment. Outside temperature was under 20°C. Because of the heat we did not sleep well.

Fully fledged and very comfortable apartment in walking distance to the city center.

Nothing, all good. Note that parking is not free, you rather have to look for a free parking space in a neighboring street. But was easy in the end.

Beautiful place in a rather quiet area from what it seemed , Enjoyed the apartment and how spacious and how well accomodating it was towards Touristy Latvians - All the accesories within it were the proof of it.

Was confused about the AC situation - there is a temperature adjustor there , but not sure if it served any purpose - we kept the windows open for the entirety of our stay. - Could be just a personal preference , but regardless it did not cause any noticeable discomfort.

Very clean, well designed, everything worked perfectly, Karlis was always at hand to help with technology.

Would have liked streaming or even free to air on TV.
